Building design involves overall design and Engineering of the structure and building often in conjunction with other Engineering fields (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Geotechnical). Structures also need to meet all safety, building, and fire codes, as well as meet the functionality intended of the building. Design also extends to other exterior buildings and facades, external building envelopes, and cold formed steel structures.

Building Envelopes refer to the design of the barriers between indoor and outdoor environments. This includes engineering, climate/thermal controls, and finishes.

Cold-Formed Steel

Cold-formed Steel is formed using cold pressing and moulding techniques. These types of buildings are still assembled with screws and nails, with light steel wall studs instead of wood.

Facades

Facades come in a variety of styles and needs, from large arches to angular designs. We can design facades of all types. We also design decks, walkways, elevated walkways, and other structures such as outdoor gazebos.
